How does fullscreen work?
On a computer or phone the button simply fills the screen. The Tesla browser only goes fullscreen inside YouTube's theater mode. The Fullscreen button sends you through YouTube's “leaving YouTube” page, which bounces back here while staying fullscreen. Every link you open afterwards stays fullscreen.
To exit: tap the top edge of the screen and close with the ✕.
Stopped working after a car update? Clear the browser cache from the Service menu, or briefly change the wheel configuration and change it back — that resets the theater browser.
